Quay Lane Surgery provide an excellent service. The staff are friendly and professional and very helpful. I can't rate them highly enough.
3. Absolutely lovely staff so helpful and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble. I love the set up at quay lane. I can always get an appointment when I need one quickly and without stress. And usually in the same day. This is excellent and other practices could adopt this way of working to make their patients as satisfied as I am.
